Introduction

Mechanical engineering is an essential discipline in an industrialized society and has been continuously evolving. Its related fields are broad and very diverse. The Department of Mechanical Engineering is committed to creating an educational environment that can respond to digitalization and computerization trends, and it also offers an education that enables students to demonstrate their creativity. We have wide-ranging equipment to enhance our lab exercises so that students can directly check what they have learned in theory education and develop their application skills. Major equipment includes various precision machine tools, stress test equipment, material tester, structure measuring instrument, engine measuring instrument, fluid tester, CAD system, and many others.

Educational Objectives
  1. 1Train application skills to build job competence
  2. 2Educate design computerization technology to meet the demands of the digitalized society
  3. 3Cultivate the ability to verify theories through theory-based experiments
  4. 4Foster mechanical engineers with creative thinking skills
