Introduction

The Department of Energy and Environmental Engineering aims to foster professionals with an engineering control ability to identify causes of environmental problems, such as ecological and living environmental destruction ecosystem imbalances, and to solve various pollution problems creatively. The following courses will be offered in this department. First, we emphasize the relationship between the principles of natural purification processes and the principles applied in engineering processes. Second, It is important to understand the principles associated with real-world design and operation and acquire related skills. Areas covered in Environmental Engineering include water management and water treatment, treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater, treatment of solid and hazardous waste, prevention and treatment of pollution in air and soil, vibration and noise, environmental impact assessment, and environmental legislation. Environmental engineering has become a necessary field of study for the survival of humanity and the global community, and the prospect of being a professional field is bright given that the time is not too long before environmental preservation takes precedence over all policies. Research facilities in Energy Environmental Engineering include GC, HPLC, AA, UV, SEM, PM10 Air Sampler, IC, and other modern equipment.

Educational Objectives
  1. 1Nurture creative talents with students who will lead energy-environment issues now and in the future
